Zero Tolerance Policy
Mumbl ("we," "our," or "the App") maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and fiercely protecting minors.
Content Moderation & User Reporting
As an anonymous confession and social platform, Mumbl relies on both automated systems and community moderation. We provide an accessible, in-app reporting tool on every confession and profile. Users are strongly encouraged to report any content that violates child safety immediately.
Enforcement & Authority Reporting
Any user found sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM or CSAE will face immediate and permanent account termination. Furthermore, Mumbl complies fully with all regional, national, and international child safety laws. We will preserve related data and report any instances of CSAM/CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities.

Mumbl offers optional premium subscriptions to access exclusive features. These purchases are securely processed through the app store and provide specific premium benefits (no random or "loot box" items are included).
